Although The Joyce is known for its exceptional dance programming, the 472-Seat theater is occasionally available to rent for other non-dance events, including corporate meetings, product releases, lectures, and conferences. Commerical Rates

Full Day (8hrs): $8,000 +crew, cleaning and rental equipment
Half Day (4hrs): 5,000 +crew, cleaning and rental equipment
Additional Hours: $1,000/hour
Film Shoots/Location Holding Areas: Please call with inquiries

Non-Profit Rates

Full Day (8hrs): $6,000 + crew, cleaning and rental equipment
Half Day (4hrs): $3,500 +crew, cleaning and rental equipment
Additional Hours: $1,000/hour

Lobby Usage/Receptions

The Joyce’s lower lobby, equipped with a full bar, can hold 75 to 100 people

Additional Rental Spaces

The Joyce also has two other spaces available for non-dance rentals. Joyce SoHo is a 74-seat flexible black-box theater located at 155 Mercer Street, and DANY Studios is a rehearsal space with 11 studios of varying size.
