
Although The Joyce is known for its exceptional dance programming, the 472-Seat theater is occasionally available to rent for other non-dance events, including corporate meetings, product releases, lectures, and conferences. The Joyce also has two other spaces available for non-dance rentals. Joyce SoHo is a 74-seat flexible black-box theater located at 155 Mercer Street, and DANY Studios is a rehearsal space with 11 studios of varying size.
