Rules and Regulations

  • Please be courteous to your fellow renters; do not enter the studio prior to or remain in the studio later than your scheudled times. Renters who do so may incurr a penalty charge.
  • No food or beverages (other than water) are permitted in the studios.
  • Street shoes and Flamenco shoes are not permitted in the studios.
  • Studios may not be used for orchestra/band rehearsals.
  • Taping the floor and/or curtains, as well as the use of open flames or rosin in the studios are prohibited.
  • Smoking anywhere in or around the building is not permitted
  • No more than five guests may be invited into the studio at any given time. Speak to the Studio Operations Manager about showings that involve more than five guests.
