How do I become a Subscriber?
Purchase at least one Section A or Section B ticket to four or more different companies at the same time. Please note that discounts will be applied after four qualifying productions have been added to your shopping cart (discounted prices will appear after seat selection, but prior to checkout). To qualify for the Fall-Winter 2024-25 subscription season, all performances must fall between September 17, 2024 - February 16, 2025. A $10.00 service charge will be applied to subscription orders.
Standby Policy
If you miss a performance, we will honor your full price or subscriber tickets for a future performance up to one year from the date on your tickets.
Standby tickets are subject to company management's discretion, based on availability. The decision about whether Standby will be offered is only made on the day of the show, never in advance - so make sure you call the box office (JoyceCharge 212-242-0800) as early as 12pm the day of the show you wish to attend.
If we are offering Standby that day, bring your unused tickets to the window 20 minutes before show time, and we will issue you a pass for the best available seats.
TDF tickets are not eligible for standby use.
Subscribers may purchase a maximum of six member tickets per performance, and no retroactive discounts are permitted. Subscriber tickets cannot be purchased at the box office. Subscription price may not be available on day of performance. Subscription prices are subject to change. Subscriptions are non-transferrable. All sales are final.
