Internships

Development Intern

The Joyce Theater Foundation’s Development Department is responsible for raising nearly $6MM a year in contributed income for The Joyce Theater Foundation from individual, institutional, and government funders, as well as through special events. The Development Intern will gain a holistic understanding of all aspects of fundraising in a fast-paced, highly professional arts organization. This internship will primarily support Special Events and Individual Giving, with a strong focus on development of correspondence and individual research materials, as well as all aspects of The Joyce’s Annual Gala, the organization’s largest fundraiser. Applicants should be highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Strong communication skills - both written and interpersonal – are required. VOLUNTEER USHERS
