Ticket Policies
Service Charges & Exchanges
Phone Orders
Phone orders carry a service charge of $7 per ticket. We charge a full price exchange fee of $5 per ticket. All tickets must be exchanged for the same dance company, up to 48 hours before the original performance. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Online Orders
Online ticket sales carry a service charge of $7 per ticket. We charge a full-price exchange fee of $5 per ticket. All tickets must be exchanged for the same dance company, up to 48 hours before the original performance. Exchanges are subject to availability.
In-person Orders
In-person ticket sales carry a service charge of $2 per ticket. We charge a full-price exchange fee of $5 per ticket. All tickets must be exchanged for the same dance company, up to 48 hours before the original performance. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Group Sales Orders
Group sales carry a service charge of $1 per ticket. All sales are final. For more information, contact us at groups@joyce.org or 212-691-9740, ext. 255.
Cancellations
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for ticket cancellations. We charge a full-price exchange fee of $5 per ticket. All tickets must be exchanged for the same dance company, up to 48 hours before the original performance.
Standby Policy
If you miss a performance, we will honor your full price or subscriber tickets for a future performance up to one year from the date on your tickets.
Standby tickets are subject to company management's discretion, based on availability. The decision about whether Standby will be offered is only made on the day of the show, never in advance - so make sure you call the box office (JoyceCharge 212-242-0800) as early as 12pm the day of the show you wish to attend.
If we are offering Standby that day, bring your unused tickets to the window 20 minutes before show time, and we will issue you a pass for the best available seats.
TDF tickets are not eligible for standby use.
